Front Fender End Caps
Produced locally by a second-generation fiberglass craftsman. A dent-resistant, rust-proof option for the front facing piece of the outer fender.
When combined with the steel Front Fender Outer Panel, forms a complete front fender.
Please note the fiberglass can not be welded to the steel fender, and is intended to be mounted by drilling and bolting (hardware not included). Product is not pre-finished, and must be prepped before final finish is applied

Rear Corner Tail Light Panel Section
Bottom edge formed at 90° angle. Flanged upper edge for welding purposes. Rear is curved, then formed at 90º angle, to properly meet the tail light panel.
Exposed surface approximately 17-3/4 inches tall, when measuring from lower edge to bottom of flanged area.

Wider Front Floor Panels
Our extended width floor panels are available in properly gauged American draw quality steel. Our panels are accurately die stamped as a full length panel that spans the distance from the firewall seam to the rear floor riser as one continuous panel.
A one piece panel makes for fewer fitting and alignment problems and less welding and warpage during installation.
The outside edges of our panels are folded down as was original. The inboard edges are folded properly upward to follow the transmission tunnel curvatures as shown in our photo.
We do not drill or punch any holes other than the two per panel as shown in the photos at the right. We have found that our customers prefer to drill their own according to their need and preference.

Full Width One Piece Traverse Body Supports
Our one piece support can be installed without removing the body from the frame although you may have to raise the body slightly on some types. Installation can be accomplished by rear drive shaft and/or exhaust pipe removal in some instances.
A one piece traverse support is sure to save you considerable cutting, alignment, welding time and alleviate a lot of general installation frustration as well.

"Jeep" Stamped Side Panel Repair
The upper edge of our panel is flanged to allow for a flush fit when clamping against your cut along the driver and passenger side entrances. The Jeep stamped lettering is exact in accordance to our original sample panel and approved by FCA LLC. The forward, upper, rear and lower edges of our panel are a duplication of the original.

Rear Side Repair
The rear 1/4 has the rear 900 bend where it meets the corner and the upper edge is flanged so you can weld to your original tub edge. The wheel opening has the finished edge as it should.

Lower Repair Strip
Our panel is formed with a flanged upper edge that allows for a flush fit for welding purposes. The length of our panel begins with a 900 fold at the front fender seam and ends with a properly formed wheel arch area just like the original. Our panel has an exposed face surface 4" high.

"Jeep" Stamped Cowl Repair Clip
Top, front & bottom edges are formed like the original panel. Rear edge is flanged to form a flush fit during installation.
We add an original type reinforcement to the front of each panel where it bolts to the fender. We do not pre-drill the mounting holes in the reinforcement. The installer will drill his own holes and thus will have the flexibility to adjust for any modifications or variations encountered during installation.

Wheelhouse
This wheelhouse matches the original design on Jeeps from '76-'95.
The notches in the rear of the wheelhouse must be cut by the restorer. This allows a more customizable fit to meet both the varying needs of the late CJ5, CJ7, and YJ, and also any customizations that may have taken place on the Jeep throughtout the years or during restoration.

Tailgate End Body Support
All tailgate end supports are intended to attach the body to the frame via a body bolt at each end of the support. Our product is a very close representation of what was original to your Jeep.
Our product is properly factory gauged and properly die formed with all captured nuts brought to original factory size and standard. We have paid very close attention to quality and detail and thus have an exceptional product for you.
Our end supports can also be ordered for use on types that do not have tailgates.
