Assemble, weld, and attach to your truck for the most solid fit available.
Our Complete Assembly has everything listed, including our signature, custom, double-walled tailgate with Studebaker Script. Our fenders are manufactured locally by a second generation fiberglass craftsman. Our full length box sides are “Smoothies” that do not have the stake pocket holes cut in, as our assembly does not include stake pockets, and also to give the restorer their choice of finished look.
The “Primary Steel Components Only” Assembly includes the parts listed, with the exception of fenders and tailgate.

Upper Floor Panels
Our C-Cab floor panels are of exceptional quality and manufactured in proper 18 gauge steel as was typical to the vehicle. Strict adherence to proper dimension and detail has been paid.
The captured nuts for the transmission cover bolts are part of our panels. Our detailed representation of the conical upward indent in the forward middle of the panel, which was original to the Stude floor, is necessary for proper fit floor clearance and an authentic appearance.

Step-up Sections
The inside edge has an approx. 1" roll-up which will get you above the typical step-tread rust line. The ribs are properly formed and the outside edge of the panel is properly turned downward to overlap the rocker/threshold.
The panel length spans the distance from the front door post rearward to the cab corner. Our updated step-tread is a very good quality product and ready for your installation.

Rocker/Threshold
Our rocker/threshold panel is an exceptional product that is a very close representation of the original. The only modification that we have done is to eliminate the dirt catching holes in the inboard face of the panel. (Purists can cut their own holes if authenticity is required.)

Rear of Front Fender Patch (2 1/2" wide)
The rear edge of our economy fender patch is rolled as was original at the door gap area. All other curvatures are formed as necessary for ease of fitment. The top edge of our panel is left unfolded to allow for more flexability in vertical placement. The forward edge is flanged which will allow for a flush fit before welding and will allow for an approximate 2 1/2" exposed face for finishing.

Rear of Front Fender Patch 5" Wide
Contour formed front fender patch of exceptional quality in properly gauged steel. Door edge is formed at 90 to allow for proper hammer crimping and fitting to the cowl area bolt up retainer. The top edge is left unfolded to allow flexibility in fitting. 5 inches wide and full height.

Door Bottom Repair Section
The inboard edge of the panel is rolled upward approximately 1" and the outboard edge is rolled downward to attach into the seam of the lower door skin. The tabs at the ends of our replacement can be hammer formed into place if needed.
